Yes. Two-story solar cleaning starts at $239 for up to 40 panels, plus $15 per extra panel. Small systems under 16 panels are quoted by call or text. Homes 3+ stories are a custom quote.
As soon as you can, since major wind or smoke events can deposit months' worth of buildup in a few days. Ask about our maintenance plan, which includes priority scheduling after Santa Ana winds and smoke events.
We don't recommend it. Inland Empire tap water runs 300–500 TDS, and it dries into mineral spots that bake onto the glass. Pressure washing and harsh chemicals can damage panels and put manufacturer coverage at risk. We use pure RO/DI water and a soft brush instead.
No. We just need access to an outdoor spigot. We'll text you before and after photos and a written condition report the same day.
If you hear scratching or cooing on the roof in the morning, something may be living under your array. We install wire mesh guards around the exposed edges of the array, and the inspection is free. See bird proofing for prices and details.
